Plusieurs électrodes sont noyées dans la paroi de pochette, au moins une électrode étant partiellement exposée dans le volume intérieur de la pochette. Les différentes électrodes génèrent un plasma dans le volume intérieur de la pochette en réponse à lapplication dune tension aux différentes délectrodes.
