A clip device is provided, which is configured to removably attach to a body part of a human or animal user. The clip is of an elastomeric, silicone-based material, and the material is configured to absorb an oil to infuse the clip with the oil. The oil is to be applied to a user through the clip when the clip is attached to the body part of the user.
