PURPOSE: A muscle reorientation training apparatus and method are provided to feedback wrong posture and the degree of an operation through an image or sound and to reduce personnel expenses which is required for muscle reorientation training. CONSTITUTION: A muscle reorientation training apparatus comprises a 3D measuring system(110), an image processing apparatus(120), and a controller(130). The 3D measuring system measures bio data about posture and operation of a target patient in a three dimensional space. The image processing apparatus creates a 3D image about the posture and operation of the target patient using the bio data. The controller controls an electric impulse signal which is transferred to the target patient based on standard data and the bio data.3차원 영상 피드백 및 전기 자극을 이용한 근육 재교육 훈련 장치 및 방법이 제공된다. 환자의 자세 및 동작을 측정하여 3차원 영상으로 피드백하고, 미리 정해진 올바른 자세 및 동작과 비교 분석하여 그 결과를 디스플레이할 수 있다. 환자의 자세 및 동작이 올바른지 여부에 따라 재교육 훈련이 필요한 근육 또는 자세 교정을 위한 근육으로 전기 자극 신호를 전달할 수 있다. 그리고 자세 및 동작이 올바르지 않은 정도를 영상 또는 소리를 통하여 피드백함으로써 환자 스스로 간편하고 올바르게 근육 재교육 훈련을 수행할 수 있다.
