The present invention relates to a vestibular rehabilitation training system using a motion reaction game, comprising: an eye detection module for detecting the eyes of a patient； a motion detection module for detecting a motion including the patient&prime；s head movement and body direction； a game module playing a game by motion reaction game contents and receiving information detected in the eye detection module and the motion detection module to apply the information as a input signal of the game played. The present invention relates to a vestibular rehabilitation training method using the motion reaction game, and more particularly, to the method comprising the steps of: (1) detecting the patient&prime；s eye information from the patient&prime；s images； (2) detecting motion information including the patient&prime；s head movement and body direction from the patient&prime；s images； and (3) playing a game by motion reaction game contents and receiving information detected in the eye detection module and the motion detection module to apply the information as a input signal of the game played.
