PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that: in a conventional structure where notch grooves are provided in outer and inner peripheral surfaces of a rotary plate, the effect as notch grooves decreases when the outer peripheral surface of the rotary plate is worn； it is necessary to replace the rotary plate, which is uneconomical, and especially, replacing requires labor； and an area wider than a selecting space is formed, and foreign matters to be originally selected and separated are sucked so as to invite quality deterioration.SOLUTION: A raw laver foreign matter separating device has a flush surface structure of the one side edge face in the outer peripheral surface comprises: a clearance formed with a rotary plate loosely fit to an inner bottom opening of a raw laver mixed liquid tank to which raw laver/seawater mixed liquid are supplied, and a selecting case ring； a first chip of a recessed part provided flush with the outer peripheral surface of the rotary plate； a second chip of a recessed part provided in the inner peripheral surface of the selecting case ring； and a slit provided in one side edge face of the first chip. The replacement of the first chip/second chip enables functional recovery. The phase position deviation of the slit is effective to prevention of suction of foreign matters that should be essentially selected and separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の回転板の外内周面に切欠き溝を設ける構成では、回転板の外周面が摩耗した際には、切欠き溝としての効果が低下する。回転板を交換する必要があり、不経済であり、殊に取り換えに手間を要する。また、選別隙間より広いエリアが形成され、本来選別分離すべき異物等を吸込み、品質の劣化を招来する問題がある。【解決手段】 本発明は、生海苔・海水混合液が供給される生海苔混合液槽の内底面開口に遊嵌した回転板、及び選別ケースリングで形成したクリアランスと、回転板の外周面と面一に設けた窪み部の第１チップ、及び選別ケースリングの内周面に設けた窪み部の第２チップと、第１チップの一辺端面に設けたスリットでなり、外周面に、一辺端面が面一構造とする生海苔異物分離装置であり、第１チップ・第２チップの交換で機能回復ができる。また、スリットの位相位置のずれは、本来選別分離すべき異物等の吸込防止に有効である。【選択図】 図２
