PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device for working vehicle which has a small risk of an operation defect by smoothly alternating suction of cooling air and blowing of dust removing air using a simple belt transmission type clutch mechanism.SOLUTION: A suction clutch arm (6) on which a suction clutch pulley (5) of a suction driving belt (3) is pivoted and a blowoff clutch arm (8) on which a blowoff clutch pulley (7) of a blow off driving belt (4) is pivoted are coupled to a suction operation lever (9) and a blowoff operation lever (10), and the suction operation lever (9) and blowoff operation lever (10) are moved by rotation of a clutch shaft (11) so as to contrarily tense and loosen the suction driving belt (3) and blowoff driving belt (4) for transmission to a suction fan (1) and a blowoff fan (2) arranged on the same axis.
