PURPOSE: A radiator and heating and drying device using the radiator are provided to enable small quantity batch production since the temperature around crops is adjusted depending on the characteristics of crops, such as type and growing rate. CONSTITUTION: A radiator comprises a first radiation unit, a second radiation unit(13) and a third radiation unit(15). The first radiation unit is connected to a boiler to be able to receive the hot water and is vertically arranged. The second radiation unit is connected to the first radiation unit to be able to receive the hot water and is arranged toward the side. The third radiation unit is connected to the first radiation unit and receives the hot water. The third radiation unit is arranged toward the opposite side to correspond to the second radiation unit. The second radiation unit and the third radiation unit are arranged on the top of the first radiation unit.본 발명은 비닐하우스 등의 온실 안에서 작물을 재배할 때 작물의 생육 증대에 이용될 수 있으며 재배되는 작물의 종류와 작물의 생육 상태에 따라 적정한 온도로 맞추어 줄 수 있고 또한, 농수산물의 건조에 이용할 수 있는 방열기와 그를 이용한 난방장치 및 건조장치를 개시한다.본 발명의 방열기는, 보일러와 연결되어 온수를 공급받을 수 있으며 세워져 배치되는 제1 방열부, 제1 방열부에 연결되어 온수를 공급받을 수 있으며 측면을 향하여 배치되는 제2 방열부, 제1 방열부에 연결되어 온수를 공급받을 수 있으며 제2 방열부와 대응하여 반대편 측면을 향하여 배치되는 제3 방열부를 포함한다.
