PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cat claw sharpener for which a process for joining corrugated cardboard pieces by coating an adhesive in manufacturing is eliminated.SOLUTION: In the cat claw sharpener T1, a plurality of corrugated cardboard pieces 1 are not glued together but are superimposed detachably from each other and then bound separately with a binding means. The sharpener includes: a claw sharpening part 2 which is formed by making continuous the end faces of respective flutes composed of liners and middle cores of the corrugated cardboard pieces 1 and a paper tube and a cap 3b for example for the purpose of binding the plurality of corrugated cardboard pieces 1 in the superimposed direction.EFFECT: The gluing process is no longer necessary and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】製造時に接着剤を塗布して段ボール片同士を接合する工程をなくすこと。【解決手段】複数の段ボール片1を貼り合わせるのではなく、互いに分離可能に重ねておいて、別途、結束手段により結束した猫の爪研ぎ器T1である。段ボール片1のライナーと中芯からなる各フルート端面を連続させることにより形成した爪研ぎ部2と、複数の段ボール片1を重なり方向に結束するための例えば紙管とキャップ3bからなる結束手段とを備える。【効果】接着工程は不要となり、製造コストを低減できる。【選択図】図1
