PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic oil and fat composition for roll-in capable of achieving both good extensibility and good stiffness even when used amount is reduced.SOLUTION: There can be solved by a plastic oil and fat composition for roll-in containing following oil and fat I and oil and fat II of total 50 mass% or more, and further having oil and fat II/oil and fat I, which is a mass ratio of the oil and fat I and the oil and fat II of 0.1 to 5. Oil and fat I: random transesterification oil and fat containing 5 to 40 mass% of lauric acid residue in aliphatic acid residues constituting triglyceride. Oil and fat II: oil and fat having less than 5 mass% of lauric acid residue in the aliphatic acid residues constituting triglyceride, containing 50 mass% or more of a saturated aliphatic acid residue having 16 or more carbon atoms, and further satisfying following (a).
