The present invention relates to a method for ultra-high-temperature pasteurizing a cosmetic composition by using a surface scraped heat exchanger (SSHE) manner, a method for preparing a pasteurized cosmetic composition by using the method, and an ultra-high-temperature pasteurized cosmetic composition maintaining a moisture content prior to pasteurization. According to the present invention, a cosmetic composition having various properties can be economically pasteurized in a short time without a change in moisture content.La présente invention concerne un procédé de pasteurisation à ultra-haute température d'une composition cosmétique à l'aide d'un échangeur de chaleur à surface raclée (SSHE)), un procédé de préparation d'une composition cosmétique pasteurisée à l'aide du procédé, et une composition cosmétique pasteurisée ultra-haute température conservant un taux d'humidité avant la pasteurisation. Selon la présente invention, une composition cosmétique ayant diverses propriétés peut être pasteurisée de manière économique en un court laps de temps sans changement de teneur en humidité.본 발명은 SSHE 방식(Surface Scraped Heat Exchanger)을 이용해 화장료 조성물을 초고온 멸균하는 방법, 상기 방법을 이용해 멸균된 화장료 조성물을 제조하는 방법, 및 멸균 전 수분 함량을 유지하는 초고온 멸균된 화장료 조성물에 관한 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 다양한 물성의 화장료 조성물을 수분함량 변화 없이, 경제적으로 단시간 내에 멸균할 수 있다.
