PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cosmetic preparation, even in a case where the content of a solid oily component(s) is high at 25°C, in which the particles of the oily component are uniformly refined with high productivity and with safety.SOLUTION: In the method for producing a cosmetic preparation, a first fluid obtained by heating and melting a first blending raw material containing one or more kinds of solid oily components at 25°C to be mixed and a second fluid melted at a temperature lower than that of the feed temperature of the first fluid are continuously mixed into the fluid.
