The present invention relates to a square type face form in which sponges with different densities are wrapped in a fabric and then combined to goggles so that the sponges are prevented from snapping and wrinkle generation. The square type face form includes: a reinforcing member； a first sponge with a first density located on the upper side of the reinforcing member； a second sponge with a second density higher than the first density, located on the upper side of the first sponge； and a fabric wrapping the reinforcing member, the first sponge, and the second sponge.
