FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of absorbing nonwoven products and deals with substrate, containing foamed useful agents, and method for thereof obtaining. It includes fibrous cloth and layer of useful agent, wherein useful agent is selected from additive composition, intensifying component and their combinations, with useful agent being in foamed condition and fixed on the surface of fibrous cloth as a result of creping.
