A method and device for oral orthodontic force measurement. The method for oral orthodontic force measurement comprises the following steps: performing a CT scan of an oral cavity of a patient to obtain an oral CT image, and constructing a 3D oral model (10) comprising a tooth model (11), a periodontal membrane model (12), and an alveolar bone model (13) according to the obtained oral CT image; selecting an orthodontic appliance (30) used for orthodontic treatment, installing, on the tooth model (11), the orthodontic appliance (30), and correcting the entire tooth model (11) in the 3D oral model (10) on the basis of a target form; cutting and isolating an alveolar bone model (13) of a tooth model (11) to be measured from the alveolar bone model (13) of the tooth model (11) in the 3D oral model (10); connecting a mechanical sensor (20) to the alveolar bone model (13) of the tooth model (11) to be measured; and returning the alveolar bone model (13) back to the original location thereof before cutting.
