PURPOSE: A diet composition and diet powder, gum, and film manufactured using the same are provided to ensure stability without side effect of diet. CONSTITUTION: A diet composition(20) contains 100 weight parts of liquid composition and 4-12 carbohydrate. The liquid composition contains 100 weight parts of water, 0.02-2 weight parts of aids, 0.001-0.5 weight parts of flavoring agent, and 0.1-5 weight parts of buffer. The aids are silicon dioxide and the beffer is urea, organic salt, or inorganic salt. The carbohydrate is sucrose, maltose, isomaltose, maltodextrin, glucose, galactos, trehalose, fructo oligosacchriades, beta glucane, or triose. Diet gum contains 10-20 weight parts of the diet composition and 80-90 weight parts of gum base.
