PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting filter which can suppress deterioration in air permeability, a deodorization property and dust collection performance, a method for manufacturing the dust collecting filter and to provide an air cleaner.SOLUTION: Air sucked by operation of a blower is filtered by a prefilter 2 to catch rough dust, is deodorized by a deodorizing filter 3, is made to pass a shape retention sheet provided at the dust collecting filter 4 to be deodorized by activated carbon and a water soluble deodorant attached onto the shape retention sheet and further is filtered by a collecting sheet to catch fine dust and then the air is blown out. Since not only the deodorizing filter 3 but also the dust collecting filter 4 have the deodorization property, deodorizing capacity is improved. Further since the collecting sheet is shape-retained by the shape retention sheet, deterioration in the dust collection performance and the deodorization property due to useless deformation is prevented. Moreover since activated carbon and the water soluble deodorant do not fall by self-weight and cause no deviation, deterioration in air permeability and the deodorization property is suppressed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】通風性、脱臭性、及び集塵性の悪化を抑制することができる集塵フィルタ、集塵フィルタの製造方法、及び空気清浄機を提供する。【解決手段】送風機が作動することによって吸い込まれた空気は、プレフィルタ2に濾過されて粗い塵埃が捕集され、脱臭フィルタ3で脱臭され、集塵フィルタ4が備える保形シートを通過することによって保形シートに添着されている活性炭及び水溶性の脱臭剤によって脱臭され、更に捕集シートに濾過されて細かい塵埃が捕集されてから吹き出される。脱臭フィルタ3のみならず集塵フィルタ4も脱臭性を有するため、脱臭能力が向上されている。また、捕集シートが保形シートに保形されているため、無用な変形による集塵性及び脱臭性の悪化が防止されている。更に、活性炭及び水溶性の脱臭材が自重で下降し偏りを生じることがないため、通気性及び脱臭性の悪化が抑制されている。【選択図】図2
