The absorbent body (30) has: a first low basis weight area (41) between the excretion orifice contact area (S1) and the rear area (S3), extending from one end to the other end in the width direction (W) and a second low basis weight area (42) in the rear area (S3) extending in the front/rear direction (L) along a center line (CL) connecting the centers of the width direction (W). The skin surface sheet (10) has an un-joined area (46), in the first low basis weight area (41), that is not joined to a member provided further on the non-skin-surface side than the skin-surface sheet (10).
