PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thickened nutritive composition in which a fixed viscosity is given at the time of administration in a natural drop, and which can omit work of adding moisture, sodium chloride, and the like, and can solve a problem of contamination at the time of preparation.SOLUTION: The thickened nutritive composition comprises: a nutrient containing protein, lipid, carbohydrate, vitamin, mineral, and dietary fiber an agar with a jelly strength of 10-120 g/cm and a pectin with an esterification degree of 50-75%. The content of the agar with a jelly strength of 10-120 g/cmis the 0.2-0.3 mass% with respect to the total amount of the thickened nutritive composition. The content of the pectin with an esterification degree of 50-75% is 0.45-0.65 mass% with respect to the total amount of the thickened nutritive composition. In the thickened nutritive composition, a heat value is 0.45-0.65 kcal/g, moisture content is 360-540 g/100 kcal, and sodium chloride is 300-700 mg/100 kcal.
