A method and a device for wave beam transmission and a communication system. The present invention utilizes the resolution of an antenna array in a spatial domain or an angular domain, such that a wave beamforming vector for wave beam scanning is related to the resolution of the antenna array in the spatial domain or angular domain (simply referred to as angular resolution), and thus, the present invention can efficiently complete the wave beam scanning of a given spatial region with less reference signal overheads and shorter time delay, thereby quickly and accurately acquiring channel state information.
