PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and therapeutic method using the same capable of making a skin cell showing inhibited cell differentiation against many diseases having a uniform feature relating to inhibition of differentiation relating to induction of cell differentiation such as removal of psoriatic focus from skin of a patient having tumor derived from basal cell cancer, the other skin tumor cell, hair follicle/epidermal cell strain (for example, trichoepithelioma), melanocyte (for example, melanocytic nevus) and psoriasis in epidermal focus overcoming the inhibition.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition comprising cyclopamine is administered against an obstacle in cell differentiation of a skin cell or a tumor cell derived from it and a disease relating to an obstacle in apoptosis. In addition, a composition comprising cyclopamine and corticosteroid is administered to a patient having psoriasis.【課題】基底細胞癌、他の皮膚腫瘍細胞、毛包／表皮細胞系統（例えば毛包上皮腫）、メラニン細胞（例えばメラノサイト性母斑）に由来する腫瘍及び病巣表皮における乾癬を有する患者の皮膚からの乾癬病巣の清掃などの細胞分化の誘導に関連する分化の阻害に関連した一様な特徴を有する多くの疾患に対して、阻害された細胞分化を示す皮膚細胞がその阻害を克服することを可能にする組成物とその治療方法の提供。【解決手段】皮膚細胞又はそれに由来する腫瘍細胞の細胞分化障害、プログラム死の障害に関連する疾患に対する、シクロパミンを含有する製薬組成物の投与、及び乾癬を有する患者に対するシクロパミンとコルチコステロイドを含有する組成物の投与。【選択図】なし
