PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform association in organ regions between different images in the disease having an abnormal shadow distributed over in an organ like the diffusive lung disease.SOLUTION: A similar case image search program makes a computer execute the processing in which an organ region is extracted to extract a first contour line with respect to an organ in an image, multiple first feature points are extracted from the top of the first contour line, the organ region is made to shrink and the organ region after the shrinkage is extracted to extract a second contour line, and multiple second feature points corresponding to the multiple first feature points on the first contour line in the second contour line are arranged at the position on the second contour line being closest to the position of the multiple first feature points on the first contour line, while keeping an internal ratio between the multiple first feature points on the first contour line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】びまん性肺疾患などのように臓器内に異常陰影が分布する疾患において、異なる画像間での臓器領域内部の対応付けを行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】類似症例画像検索プログラムであって、画像内の臓器に対し、臓器領域を抽出して第一の輪郭線を抽出し、前記第一の輪郭線上から複数の第一の特徴点を抽出し、前記臓器領域を収縮させた、収縮後の臓器領域を抽出して第二の輪郭線を抽出し、前記第二の輪郭線上における、前記第一の輪郭線上の前記複数の第一の特徴点に対応する複数の第二の特徴点を、前記第一の輪郭線上における前記複数の第一の特徴点間の内分比を保ちつつ、かつ、前記第一の輪郭線上の前記複数の第一の特徴点の位置に最も近い前記第二の輪郭線上の位置に配置する、処理をコンピュータに実行させる。【選択図】図7
