Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung sind pharmazeutische oder kosmetische Zusammensetzungen umfassend in Dimethylsulfoxid (DMSO) gelöste Komplexe aus mindestens einer Nukleinsäure und mindestens einem organischen Kation sowie umfassend mindestens einen pharmazeutisch bzw. kosmetisch verträglichen Hilfsstoff.
