PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator control technology capable of adjusting a control pattern of a charged particle ray while maintaining the on-line state of a control device and an accelerator.SOLUTION: A control device 10 confirming a passage position 14 in a passage cross section of a heavy particle beam 13 and correcting the passage position 14, comprises: a command value holding part 16 allocating an address 17 to each of current command values 15 prescribing current values I of a magnetic field power supply 32 deflecting the heavy particle beam 13, and holding the current command values 15 a calling part 19 sequentially calling the current command values 15 of the command value holding part 16 to output a current value I an operation part 23 accepting a correction amount H inputted on the basis of the passage position 14 of the heavy particle beam 13 deflected on the basis of the current value I a correction part 24 deciding a decided value HD for the correction amount H by adjusting an output by using the correction amount H transmitted from the operation part 23 and a storage part 26 storing the decided value HD for the correction amount H.
