PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a corpuscular beam therapeutic instrument which realizes accurate irradiation of beams in raster scanning and hybrid scanning by eliminating the influence of hysteresis of a scanning electromagnet.SOLUTION: The corpuscular beam irradiation instrument has a scanning power source 4 outputting exciting current of a scanning electromagnet 3, and an irradiation controller 5 controlling the scanning power source 4. The irradiation controller 5 has a scanning electromagnet command value learning generator 37 having a mathematic model 60 generating a command value of the exciting current, evaluating the result of a run-through as a series of irradiation actions by the command value of the exiting current output to the scanning power source 4, updating the mathematic model 60 on the basis of the result of evaluation, accumulating the experiences of the run-through and outputting the command value of the exiting current generated by the mathematic model 60 on the basis of the accumulated run-through experiences to the scanning power source 4.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】走査電磁石のヒステリシスの影響を排除し、ラスタースキャニングやハイブリッドスキャニングにおいて高精度なビーム照射を実現する粒子線照射装置を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】走査電磁石3の励磁電流を出力する走査電源4と、走査電源4を制御する照射制御装置5とを備え、照射制御装置5は、励磁電流の指令値を生成する数学モデル60を有し、走査電源4に出力された励磁電流の指令値による一連の照射動作であるランスルーの結果を評価し、評価の結果に基づいて数学モデル60を更新し、ランスルーの経験を蓄積し、蓄積されたランスルーの経験に基づいて数学モデル60が生成する励磁電流の指令値を走査電源4に出力する走査電磁石指令値学習生成器37を備えた。【選択図】図1
