PURPOSE: A manufacturing method ginseng chicken broth is provided to manufacture ginseng chicken broth effective for preventing adult chronic diseases by using abalone extract, wherein the abalone is cultivated with oriental medicinal feed.CONSTITUTION: Seaweed of sea mustard, kelp and Ecklonia cava, safflower, Saururus chinensis, ginseng and mulberry leaves are pulverized and mixed. The mixture is aged and stirred in water 5-7 hours. The heated and concentrated powder of safflower, Saururus chinensis, ginseng and mulberry leaves wheat flour and corn starch are added in a steam boiler and mixed. The mixture is extruded in a fixed thickness using an extruding device, and cut in the length of 2-5mm to manufacture abalone feed. The abalone feed is supplied to the fish farm for 2-3 years to cultivate abalone. The abalone cultivated with the abalone feed is sliced to a fixed size, and first heated with water and oriental medicinal materials in a water bath at 90-100deg.C for 3-4 hours. The first heated abalone is second heated at 90-100deg.C for 3-4 hours to concentrate. The concentrated abalone extract is centrifuged. Oriental medicinal materials consisting of garlic 0.7 parts by weight, ginger 1 part by weight, spring onion 4 parts by weight, onion 6 parts by weight, jujube 0.5 parts by weight, Licorice root 0.1 parts by weight, Astragalus membranaceus 0.5 parts by weight, deer antlers 0.1 parts by weight abalone shell 2.5 parts by weight and the abalone extract 20 parts by weight are added in the water and boiled to manufacture the broth. After the broth is cooled, a chicken is added so that the chicken is sunk under the broth, and aged at a low temperature under -1deg.C for 7 to 9 hours.
