The admixture (1) for the realization of infrastructural and structural manufactured products comprises at least the following components: - granular inert materials (2); - at least a hydraulic binder compound (3); and - at least a bituminous binder compound (4); where the hydraulic binder compound (3) comprises at least a hydraulic binder (7) and at least one of: - polymeric elements; and - auxiliary material comprising at least one of: sand, pozzolan, silica, limestone, celluloses, silica fume.
