Disclosed are a sample transfer container for analysis without exposure to the atmosphere and a sample transfer method. The sample transfer container for analysis without exposure to the atmosphere comprises: i) a sample holder for holding a sample; ii) a body having a sample entering/exiting opening on one side thereof such that the sample holder enters/exits; iii) a valve member comprising a ball that is positioned inside the body and has an opening such that the same communicates with the sample entering/exiting opening, in an open state, and contains the sample holder, and the valve member comprising a rotation manipulation unit that rotates the ball such that the sample entering/exiting opening is opened or closed; and iv) a moving rod installed on the body to be able to slide such that the same contacts the sample holder, when the valve member is opened, thereby pushing the sample holder.
