SOLUTION: A positioning unit 43 that receives a positioning signal from a satellite positioning system and measures the position of its own vehicle based on the positioning signal, determines the positioning accuracy based on the positioning state of the positioning unit 43, and determines the positioning accuracy. The control unit 60 that permits automatic traveling when the accuracy is higher than the accuracy, the first notification indicating that the positioning accuracy is the first accuracy equal to or higher than the predetermined accuracy, and the positioning accuracy are predetermined according to the control by the control unit 60.
