PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firing inputting machine in which temperature control and temperature adjustment in firing inputting process are facilitated and heating and drying of tea leaf are performed equally as well as uniformly.SOLUTION: The firing inputting machine includes: a trough having a channel in which tea leaves are conveyed； a feeder for feeding tea leaves to said trough； a tea leaf delivering mechanism for applying vibration to said trough for the transportation of the tea leaf； burner having a heat radiating plate arranged oppositely above to the bottom surface of the channel in the trough with a predetermined space therebetween and for heating and drying the tea leaves flowing through the channel of the trough； and a heater for heating and drying the tea leaves flowing through the channel of the trough from the back surface side of the bottom surface of the channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】火入れ工程における温度制御や温度調整を容易にして茶葉の加熱乾燥を均等且つ均一に行う。【解決手段】火入れ機は、茶葉が搬送される溝を有するトラフと、前記トラフに茶葉を供給するフィーダと、前記トラフに対して茶葉を搬送する振動を付与する茶葉送出機構と、前記トラフの溝の底面に対してその上方に所定間隔を空けて対向配置された放熱板を有し、前記トラフの溝を流れる茶葉を加熱乾燥するバーナと、前記トラフの溝を流れる茶葉を前記溝の底面の裏面側から加熱乾燥するヒータとを備える。【選択図】図４
