PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus which obtains an image which indicates various structures of tissue of interest such as a blood vessel plainly.SOLUTION: A sequencer 10, a gradient magnetic field power source 7, a transmitter 9T and a receiver 9R each acquire the first data where tissue of interest is a lower signal than the background and the second data where the tissue of interest is a lower signal than the background, concerning an image about the same region of the same subject.
