PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain images indicating various structures of tissue of interest such as a blood vessel in an understandable way.SOLUTION: By a sequencer 10, a gradient magnetic field power source 7, a transmitter 9T and a receiver 9R respectively acquire first data in which the tissue of interest is a higher signal than a background and second data in which the tissue of interest is the higher signal than the background regarding the images for the same region of the same subject respectively.
