PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image intelligibly showing various structures of a tissue of interest such as a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A sequencer 10 controls the operations of a gradient magnetic field power supply 7, a transmitter 9T and a receiver 9R and the transmitter 9T and the receiver 9R acquire first data in which a tissue of interest has higher signal intensity than a background and second data in which the tissue of interest has lower signal intensity than the background, with regard to images of the same region of the same subject respectively.
