PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device and an ultrasonic measurement device capable of accurately measuring a shape of a measurement object region with irregularities.SOLUTION: There is provided an ultrasonic device in which a plurality of ultrasonic element arrays having a plurality of ultrasonic transmission/reception parts are connected at variable angles between them. The plurality of ultrasonic transmission/reception parts are disposed in a first direction intersecting with a thickness direction of the ultrasonic element arrays, and the plurality of ultrasonic element arrays are connected at angles variable in the first direction.
