In addition, its flavor and deep taste can be increased in spite of salt content reduction. Since the bamboo salt powder and the roasted salt are used after being mixed with each other, appropriate binding with the fusiformis powder can be ensured and the storability of the seasoning agent can be improved. Accordingly, the fusiformis powder-containing seasoning agent manufactured by the present invention is safer for the human body, less salty, more functional, more savory, and deeper in taste than existing synthetic seasoning agents.
