The present invention relates to a powder cosmetic composition which comprises the following components (percentages by weight referred to the weight of components (a), (b) and (c) ) : (a) 60-95% by weight of an effervescent system comprising at least one carbonate or bicarbonate salt of an alkaline metal or alkaline earth metal capable of reacting with at least one acid component, when exposed to water, developing a gas； (b) 1-35% by weight of at least one solid surfactant； (c) 0.05-5% by weight of at least one composite powder consisting of particles of a crosslinked organosiloxane polymer supporting silica particles on the surface. The present invention also relates to the use of the above composition for cleansing and/or caring the skin or hair and the process for the preparation of the composition.La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique en poudre qui comprend les composants suivants (pourcentages en poids se rapportant au poids des composants (a), (b) et (c)) : (a) 60 à 95 % en poids d'un système effervescent comprenant au moins un sel de carbonate ou de bicarbonate d'un métal alcalin ou d'un métal alcalino-terreux capable de réagir avec au moins un composant acide, lorsqu'il est exposé à l'eau, en développant un gaz ； (b) 1 à 35 % en poids d'au moins un tensioactif solide ； (c) 0,05-5 % en poids d'au moins une poudre composite constituée de particules d'un polymère d'organosiloxane réticulé supportant des particules de silice sur la surface.
