The present invention relates to an odor eliminating device using plasma, comprising: a filter which removes foreign materials from malodor-containing air； a plasma treatment unit in which the filter is installed on the suction end of the malodor-containing air, and which generates activated radicals and ozone by means of plasma discharge due to supply of power to degrade malodors from the malodor-containing air introduced therein having passed through the filter； and an omni-directional discharge unit which is connected to the plasma treatment unit, includes an omni-directional discharge fan having multiple blades and discharge holes formed along the edge thereof, and by rotation of the omni-directional discharge fan driven by a rotary motor, generates a suction force for drawing the malodor-containing air into the plasma treatment unit through the filter, receives the air from which the malodors have been removed passing through the plasma treatment unit, and discharges the air through the discharge holes omni-directionally in 360 degrees to the outside.
