The present invention relates to a hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizing device. The hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a chamber for accommodating a material to be sterilized therein； a hydrogen peroxide supplier for supplying hydrogen peroxide for sterilizing the material to be sterilized into the chamber； a vacuum pump for making the inside of the chamber into a vacuum state； and a sterilizing gas generator for generating a sterilizing gas for sterilizing the material to be sterilized in the chamber by means of a discharge of a plasma. According to the present invention, a material to be sterilized is sterilized by supplying hydrogen peroxide to a chamber, and one or more of oxygen, hydroxyl radical, and ozone which have sterilizing functions are additionally supplied to the chamber, so an effect in sterilizing the material to be sterilized can be improved.본 발명은 과산화수소 플라즈마 멸균 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 과산화수소 플라즈마 멸균 장치는, 내부에 멸균 대상물이 수용되는 챔버； 상기 챔버의 내부에 상기 멸균 대상물에 대해 멸균하기 위한 과산화수소를 공급하는 과산화수소 공급기； 상기 챔버 내부를 진공 상태로 형성하는 진공펌프； 및 상기 챔버 내부에 상기 멸균 대상물에 대해 멸균하기 위한 멸균 기체를 플라즈마의 방전으로 생성하는 멸균기체 발생기를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 챔버에 과산화수소를 공급하여 멸균 대상물을 멸균하면서, 멸균 능력이 있는 산소, 하이드록시 래디컬 및 오존 중 어느 하나 이상을 추가로 챔버에 공급함으로써, 멸균 대상물의 멸균 효율을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
