The device has actuators (34, 38) displacing rotational angle of a discharge device (30) around vertical axles and a horizontal axis (40). A control device controls the actuators, which are connected with an input device (52) for providing adjustable commands. The actuators control a positioning command such that the discharge device moves with the control device at predetermined acceleration and final velocity. The control device determines the acceleration and/or final velocity of the discharge device by depending on length (l) of the discharge device.
