The present invention relates to a two-component formulation cosmetic composition ensuring ease of mixing and, more particularly, to a two-component formulation cosmetic composition comprising: a first formulation containing a metal ion blocking agent, a polyol, a solvent, and optionally a thickening agent and a second formulation containing a metal ion blocking agent, a polyol, a solvent, and optionally a thickening agent, wherein the viscosities and mixing ratio of the first and second formulations are suitably adjusted, so that when shaken before use, the first and second formulations are easily mixed with each other.
