The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a dietary supplement product for the prevention and treatment of female infertility by including two or more crude drug mixtures selected from a group including Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var. purpurea Makino, Lycium chinense Miller, Aquillaria agallocha Roxburgh, Poria cocos Wolf, Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer, and honey or extracts thereof as active ingredients. More specifically, the mixtures and extracts thereof can reduce the expression of serum factors related to polycystic ovary syndrome and increased weight, weight of ovaries and uterus, and size and number of cysts. The mixtures and extracts thereof can also decrease the thickness of endometrium, reduce the increased expression of cytokines, chemokines, and mRNA, and increase the reduced growth factor mRNA. Accordingly, the present invention can be used for an infertility treatment by using the confirmed prevention and treatment effects regarding the polycystic ovary syndrome.본 발명의 생지황(Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var.purpurae Makino), 구기자(Lycium chinense Miller), 침향(Aquillaria agallocha Roxburgh), 복령(Poria cocos Wolf), 인삼(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) 및 꿀로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 둘 이상의 생약 혼합물 또는 이의 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 여성 불임 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 건강 기능 식품에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 혼합물 및 이의 추출물은 증가한 체중과 다낭성난소증후군 관련 혈청인자의 발현, 난소와 자궁의 무게, 난소 낭포의 수와 크기를 감소시키고, 자궁내막의 두께를 얇아지게하며, 증가한 사이토카인, 케모카인 mRNA 발현을 감소시키고, 감소한 성장인자 mRNA를 증가시키므로 다낭성난소증후군 예방 및 치료효과를 나타냄을 확인함으로써 여성 불임 치료제로써 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
