The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food for preventing and treating male infertility, containing a herb mixture including two or more selected from a group consisting of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var. purpurea Makino, Lycium chinense Miller, Aquilaria agallocha Roxburgh, Poria cocos Wolf, Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer, and honey, or an extract of the herb mixture as an active ingredient.
