A portable medicine bottle comprises: a body unit in which one side is open for accommodating medicines a lid unit which is combined with the body unit as being able to open and close an alarm unit which is installed in the body unit or the lid unit a wireless communication unit which is installed in the body unit or lid unit and transmits to and receives from a mobile terminal of a medicine taker and a control unit which controls the alarm unit and the wireless communication unit. The control unit produces alarm signals through the alarm unit at every medicine taking time and transmits the alarm signals for medicine taking time to the mobile terminal of the medicine taker through the wireless communication unit if the alarm signals are continued for longer than a predetermined time so that the medicine taker can take the medicine at predetermined time. In addition, the portable medicine bottle additionally includes a weight measuring unit which is installed in the lower end of the body unit and measures weight of the medicine. The control unit determines that the medicine taker took the medicine if the weight of the medicine measured in the weight measuring unit is reduced as much as the predetermined weight. The control unit sends medicine taker management signals through a wireless communication network if determined that the medicine taker has not taken the medicine.
