PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent a users hand or the like from coming into contact with a heater roller when setting a packing paper sheet, thereby avoiding an accident such as a burn.SOLUTION: A medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus includes a sealing portion that seals each transferred packing paper sheet to pack a supplied medicine into individual packages one by one. The sealing portion includes a stationary sealing member 110, and a movable sealing member 111 rotating about a pivot and moving toward and away from the stationary sealing member 110. The movable sealing member 111 has a curved surface along a heater roller 113, and includes a rotatably installed protective cover 119.
