The present invention relates to a device for repelling wild animals and birds, and a repelling method using the same. More specifically, to protect agricultural products from wild animals and birds by simultaneously generating an electrical power source by solar light and automatically driving an animal and bird repelling means by means of a sensor, the device comprises: a support installed on the ground； a sensor installed on the support, and sensing the access of a wild animal or a bird； a first repelling means for repelling a wild animal or a bird sensed by the sensor； and an electrical power device for supplying electrical power to the sensor and the first repelling means. The first repelling means comprises: a drone set to autonomously fly at a predetermined altitude within a predetermined region of the ground, and having a speaker for outputting a sound and a light-emitting means for emitting light； a drone holder disposed in one side of the support to make the drone on standby； a drone charging unit disposed on the drone holder, and charging a battery of the drone； and an opening and closing door for opening and closing the top space of the drone holder.본 발명은 야생 동물 및 조류 퇴치 장치 및 이를 이용한 퇴치 장법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 태양광에 의해 동력원을 생성하는 동시에 센서에 의해 동물 및 조류 퇴치수단을 자동 구동시켜서 야생동물이나 조류로부터 농작물을 보호할 수 있도록 할 목적으로, 지면에 설치되는 지지대와, 상기 지지대 상에 설치되어 야생동물 또는 조류의 접근을 감지하는 센서와, 상기 센서의 감지시 야생동물 또는 조류를 퇴치하기 위한 제1퇴치수단과, 상기 센서 및 제1퇴치수단에 전원을 공급하는 전원장치를 포함하되, 상기 제1퇴치수단은, 상기 지면의 일정 영역 내에서 일정 고도로 자율 비행하도록 설정되고 소리를 출력하는 스피커 또는 빛을 발광하는 발광수단을 갖춘 드론과, 상기 드론을 대기시키기 위해 상기 지지대의 일측에 구비된 드론 거치대와, 상기 드론 거치대에 구비되고 상기 드론의 배터리를 충전하기 위한 드론 충전부와, 상기 드론 거치대의 상부 공간을 개폐하는 개폐도어를 포함하는 야생 동물 및 조류 퇴치 장치 및 이를 이용한 퇴치 장법이 제공된다.
