PURPOSE: A method for producing drone pupa is provided to easily produce drone pupas by drone pupas from a comb foundation. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing drone pupa is as follows. The incoming and outgoing of a queen bee is intercepted by installing a horizontal partition between an upper case and a lower case(S10). Seven to eight comb foundations are inserted into the upper case at a constant interval(S20). Lower comb foundations are transferred to both inner sides of the lower case by two pieces(S30). In the inner center of the lower case, a male bee comb foundation is inserted and managed(S40). When the male bee comb foundation is filled with male bee pupas, the male bee pupas are harvested(S50).본 발명은 하부통체와, 상기 하부통체의 상측에 설치되는 상부통체와, 상기 상부통체의 상측에 설치되는 덮개를 포함하여 구성된 계상형 벌통을 이용한 수벌번데기 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 상기 상부통체와 여왕벌이 내재된 하부통체 사이에 수평격왕판을 설치하여 여왕벌의 왕래를 차단하는 격왕판 설치단계와； 상기 하부통체에 일정간격으로 4장의 하부소초광을 넣음과 아울러 상기 상부통체에 7~8장의 상부소초광을 일정간격으로 넣는 소초광 삽입단계와； 여왕벌이 낳은 알로부터 자란 일벌번데기가 상기 상부소초광과 하부소초광을 채우면 상기 하부소초광을 각각 2장씩 하부통체의 내부 양측으로 이동시키는 하부소초광 이동단계와； 상기 하부통체의 내부 중앙에 수벌번데기가 채움되는 웅봉소초광을 삽입한 후 사양(飼養)관리하는 웅봉소초광 삽입단계와； 여왕벌이 낳은 알로부터 자란 수벌번데기가 상기 웅봉소초광에 80~95%정도 채워졌을 때 수벌번데기를 수확하는 수벌번데기 수확단계；를 포함하여 구성되어, 종래에 폐기되던 수벌번데기를 용이하게 대량생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
