PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multilayer frozen dessert, wherein, additives comprising materials poor in fluidity are spread multilayeredly and each of the layers is thinly spread from the outer periphery of the frozen dessert to the vicinity of the center, and to provide a production method thereof.
SOLUTION: At least two kinds additives of chocolate and sauce are filled in a frozen dessert 2. The chocolate is built up to form plural chocolate layers 4 with vertical spaces in the section of the vertically cut frozen dessert 2, and filled in the frozen dessert 2 so that each chocolate layer 4 spreads from the center of the frozen dessert 2 to the outer peripheries of right and left both sides. The sauce is filled in the frozen dessert 2 so that sauce layers 6 are each contacted to the upper or under side of each chocolate layer 4 in the section of the vertically cut frozen dessert 2.
