PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a norovirus deactivator showing a sufficient virus deactivation action even with a low pH.SOLUTION: A norovirus deactivator contains ethanol, and an acid agent. The acid agent is at least one acid selected from the group consisting of citric acid, tartaric acid, phosphoric acid, pyrophosphoric acid, polyphosphoric acid and phytic acid.
