PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means of inactivating Norovirus using an albumen lysozyme.SOLUTION: The invention provides a Norovirus deactivator consisting of any peptide of following (a)-(c): (a) a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence containing at least amino acid sequence from position 23 to 51 in an amino acid sequence from position 19 to 63 of a specific sequence； (b) a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence including substitution, deletion, or addition of one or some amino acids in the amino acid sequence that constitutes the peptide (a), having Norovirus inactivation activity； and (c) a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence having 90% or more identity to the amino acid sequence that constitutes the peptide (a), having Norovirus inactivation activity.SELECTED DRAWING: None
