The fixing device 1 comprises a rest mechanism 10 and a clamp mechanism 30. The clamp mechanism 30 includes a clamp unit 31 and a connection unit 41. The rest mechanism 10 includes a rest 11, a grooved guide part 12 formed so that the width of the far side may increase more than an opening width of the surface side in the rest 11, and a locking part 21. The protrusion has a neck part where an external dimension is smaller than the opening width of the surface side of the guide part 12, and a head part where the external dimension is larger than the opening width of the surface side of the guide part 12 and is smaller than the width of the far side of the guide part 12.
