PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet, including a separator having perforations, and a rectangular adhesive sheet attached to that, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same, in which the separator can be clearly cut along the perforations when the separator is cut and removed for use by cutting it by hand along the perforations.SOLUTION: In the adhesive sheet, on one surface of the separator that is a rectangular piece, the adhesive sheet that is a smaller rectangular piece than the separator is attached. Close to one side part of the separator, the perforations are formed across the rectangular adhesive sheet, and parts of the separator where the perforations are formed are pressure-processed. The method for manufacturing includes a process of feeding a separator web, a process of applying a pressure process to the positions of the separator where the perforations are to be formed, a process of forming the perforations on the separator, a process of attaching an adhesive sheet web to a surface of the separator which has been processed for release, and a process of cutting the separator and the adhesive sheet webs in constant length.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明はミシン目が形成されたセパレータに矩形状粘着シートが貼り合わされてなる粘着シートであって、ミシン目を手切りしてセパレータを切断、除去して使用する際に、ミシン目に沿ってセパレータが綺麗に切断できる粘着シートおよびその製造方法に関するものである。【解決手段】 矩形片状のセパレータの片面に、セパレータよりも小さい矩形片状粘着シートが貼り合わされてなる粘着シートであって、セパレータの一辺部近傍には矩形片状粘着シートを横切るミシン目が形成されていると共に、セパレータのミシン目形成部分が押圧処理されている。また、セパレータ原反を繰り出す工程と、セパレータのミシン目形成位置に押圧処理を施す工程と、セパレータにミシン目を形成する工程と、セパレータの剥離処理面に粘着シート原反を貼り合わせる工程と、セパレータおよび粘着シート原反を一定長さに裁断する工程を含む製造方法によって得ることができる。【選択図】 図1
